Orders are processed from our U.S. fulfillment center with care and efficiency.
• Processing: 2-5 business days (5-10 for orders over 200 units). No changes after “Accepted” status.
• Delivery (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx):
• U.S.: 3-7 business days; free over $75, else from $4.99.
• Canada/Mexico: 7-14 business days; from $9.99.
• Europe/Select International: 10-21 business days; rates vary.
• Tracking & Edits: Email updates provided. Changes/cancellations within 2 hours of order.
• International: Recipient pays customs duties/taxes. We ship to U.S., Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, select Asia (confirmed at checkout).
• Note: Carrier, weather, or peak season delays may occur. Track orders or contact us for help.
Returns & Refunds
• Eligible Returns (within 30 days of delivery):
• Damaged/defective supplements (e.g., broken/leaking bottles).
• Incorrect items (e.g., wrong product/label).
• Non-delivered orders (carrier-verified).
• Ineligible:
• Opened/used supplements.
• Custom/personalized items.
• Customs-rejected orders.
• Buyer’s remorse/preference changes.
• Process:
1. Contact us via homepage phone/chat within 30 days with order number, issue, and photos.
2. If approved (2 business days), get return label (customer pays shipping unless our error).
3. Ship to: CoveGlow Care Returns, c/o Supliful, 14701 W. 65th Way, Suites 5-6, Arvada, CO 80004 (U.S. only).
4. Inspection (5-7 days); refund/replacement (5-10 days).
• Resolutions:
• Refunds: Product + original shipping (minus return shipping, up to 20% restocking fee), processed in 5-10 days (credit cards up to 30 days).
• Replacements: Free for defective/incorrect items, if available.
• Store Credit: Optional, valid 12 months.
• Notes:
• Non-compliant returns may be denied.
• International returns: Customer pays shipping/customs.
• Non-delivery claims investigated; fraudulent claims rejected.
• Purchases follow U.S. e-commerce standards.
